We are pleased to make our Service available to you, the Customer ("you", "User", "Customer"). Pillzap includes the Pillzap mobile application, website, features, and other associated services. Pillzap provides a platform to search for medicines and connect you with nearby pharmacies that have your required medicines in stock, facilitating real-time visibility of medicine availability across local pharmacies.

This is our Privacy Policy, which helps explain our information practices.

If you install, use, access Pillzap or any of its features, you have read and accepted the terms of this Policy. You have also accepted the other terms which are available on the Pillzap App, Pillzap Website, and otherwise. Please make sure to read these documents. By using Pillzap, you are entering into a binding contract(s) with Pillzap.

Your contract with us includes this Policy, the Terms and Conditions, etc. If you don't agree with and accept the above, please do not use, install, access Pillzap or any of its features.

This Policy is applicable to information provided by users while using Pillzap, and not to information made available to Pillzap from other Users or to third parties. Should Pillzap obtain information pertaining to you from websites, apps, landing pages, third parties, etc. that may be accessed by Pillzap's users through Pillzap or otherwise, such information will be subject to the privacy and other policies and terms of the said websites, apps, landing pages, etc. This Policy shall not apply to websites, apps, landing pages, etc. or any third-party services accessed by you through Pillzap including in case such websites, apps, landing pages, etc. and/or third-party services are advertised on Pillzap.

Your access of Pillzap's Services and the provision of your information to us confirms that you have the capacity to enter into a legally binding contract with us. You agree that you are above 18 years of age.

You also warrant and represent that any registration information and other information that you submit or otherwise provide to Pillzap is true, accurate and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.

Account Information:

We require you to create an account on our Website or Application to access our services. We collect your phone number (for OTP-based authentication), name, and email address.

Sensitive Personal Data (SPD):

You may be asked to provide certain information, which may include:

• Medicine names and search queries
• Health-related information you choose to share
• Details of your medical requirements

Sensitive Personal Data is collected only with your explicit consent and solely for the purpose of providing the core functionality of the Service. Such data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and is not used for unrelated purposes.

Location Information:

In order to show you nearby pharmacies with medicine availability, you will be required to provide information regarding your location and address. Pillzap may collect and store your current and past location if you permit.

Background location is collected only when necessary to provide continuous medicine availability updates near the user and only with your explicit permission. You have full control over location permissions through your device settings.

Payment Information (if applicable):

If enabled in the future, payments will be processed by compliant third-party payment service providers. Pillzap does not store card details or sensitive payment instrument information.

Customer Support:

You may provide information such as messages, emails, or other communications to enable us to provide customer support.

2. Information Collected Without a Prompt

Device Information:

We may collect limited technical information related to the device and connection used to access Pillzap, such as:

• Device identifiers
• IP address
• Operating system and version
• Device make and model
• Network and connectivity information
• Crash logs and diagnostic data

Camera and Media Access:

We may access your device's camera or gallery solely for the purpose of uploading prescription images, based on your permission.

Third-Party Information:

We may receive information from pharmacy partners regarding medicine availability and order-related interactions. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

Tracking Technologies:

Pillzap may use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies for analytics, performance monitoring, and improving service reliability.

Advertising Identifiers:

Currently, Pillzap does not display advertisements. Advertising identifiers, if collected, are used only for analytics, performance measurement, security, and fraud prevention. If advertisements are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly and users will be notified as required by law.

Use of User Phone Number

We collect phone numbers primarily for:

• OTP-based login authentication
• Facilitating communication with pharmacy partners when initiated by you
• Service-related notifications
• Customer support responses

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate, provide, improve, and support Pillzap, including to:

• Connect you with nearby pharmacies
• Show real-time medicine availability

Managing Your Information

Pillzap allows you to access, update, and delete certain information directly through the app.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data in either of the following ways:

• Within the App: Navigate to Settings → Help → “How can I delete my Pillzap account and data?”, where you can submit a deletion request through the provided form.
• By Email: You may also email us at support@pillzap.com using your registered details to request account deletion.

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will process the deletion of your account and associated personal data within 7-15 business days.

Deletion of your account will permanently remove your profile information, prescription uploads, saved searches, communication records, and other identifiable personal data associated with your account.

Once the deletion process is completed, you will receive confirmation via your registered contact details.

Please note that certain information may be retained where required by applicable laws, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention requirements, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes. Any such retained data will be securely stored and used only for the purposes required by law.

How We Share Information

We disclose personal data to third parties only as described in this Privacy Policy, including for service delivery, legal compliance, security, and with user consent where required by law.

This includes sharing information with:

• Pharmacy partners when you initiate contact
